Mowing, trimming and blowing
            We will mow all of your turf areas as needed during seasonal growth and make sure all trees, plant beds, sidewalks, buildings, fences, etc. that are bordered by grass remain trim and manicured.  Once all cutting and trimming are complete we will blow all clippings to leave no evidence of our work except the beautiful lawn you desire.

Edging
            With or without the mowing service, we can come in and edge all pavement that is bordered by grass to give your yard a clean, crisp look.

Aerating
            Do you hate renting that big awkward aerator, spending the time it takes to get to the rental store, waiting weeks for it to come available, figuring out how it works and just not sure that you got the results you wanted.  We can take away the headache of figuring it out by getting the job done, on your schedule.

Irrigation
            Through our irrigation vendor, we will prepare your system for summer use as well as winterize at the appropriate times of the year.  All the arrangements will be made through us saving you time from phone calls and waiting.

Wood Mulch
            No more trips to the home improvement store and loading up with bags and bags of mulch, sweating out the job in the hot sun all to find out you didn’t get enough mulch.  As a once a year service, TownHouse My House will come in and get it finished so you can come home and enjoy the beauty of your garden with no back-breaking work.

Bush Trimming
            We will provide bush trimming and low tree trimming to insure your plants appearance match your yard.

Leaf Removal
            Fall is a beautiful time of year, but always leaves the task of cleanup behind.  Let us take this on to insure all the leaves stay out of your yard, flowerbeds and any other place the wind blows.

Cleaning Out Gutters
            A task that most people don’t like to do, and putting it off week after week can cause serious problems for your home.  Clogged gutters can cause leaks, rot and other water damaged to your home.  With this service we will make sure all the gutters are cleaned out and eave spouts flowing freely to avoid damage causing backups.

Snow Removal
            By electing this service you will no longer have to bundle up and head out in the cold to shovel snow.  When winter weather hits, we will come and dig you out with no phone call or request needed.  Salt and sidewalks are part of the package also.

Concierge/Honey-to-do
            Do you have a long list of Honey-to-do projects that seems to never end?  By purchasing hours from us we will come as you request to take care of most anything you need around the house.  Plant flowers, paint a room, fix a door knob, change that high-ceiling light bulb, pick up those new appliances, deliver and install them, even take you to the airport to catch your flight.  The hours are yours to use however you need them.

General Contracting
            Are you looking to finish your basement, build a new deck, even put on an addition?  Let us do all the leg work for you.  Get numbers, line up sub-contractors, scheduling, phone calls.  Everything will be handled through our office.

Day Maid
            Everyone likes to come home to a clean house.  If you find that your busy schedule, long vacation, upcoming family visit does not allow you the time you need to get your house sparkling clean, give us a call and we will send over our day maids to take care of it for you, whether it be a one time appointment or on a weekly schedule.

Window Cleaning
            Isn’t it nice to look through clean windows?  Sometimes the job of getting it done seems too big or even too scary when reaching those 2nd story windows.  We have the answer; our window cleaning vendor will be sure those windows are spotless.
